Teo House has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 3 floors. The kitchen is newly renovated and our large living areas include smart TV’s and a Sonos music system.

We offer furnished decks, loads of yard space with games, a sport court with a basketball hoop and a huge fire pit in the back. The driveway can accommodate 3 cars.

CB is a walking & biking town - we are a 10 minute walk to historic Elk Avenue. The Mountain Express bus stop is 1.5 blocks away, and will whisk you up the hill 5 minutes to the ski slopes.

We have a travel crib and high chair for our littlest guests. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate pets or events, and the primary renter must be 25 or older.
